Unfortunately the postoffice has increased their costs dramatically, so each order i will need to calculate costs.
Damage to Goods:
In the unlikely event of Sally Ant products being damaged during postage, they will be replaced & returned postage reimbursed as long as the original damaged products are returned within 14 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event of being unhappy with your Sally Ant purchase please contact Sally Ant.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Sally Ant to process any exchange.
Products Not Arriving:
It is the responsibility of the customer to supply the correct mailing address. The post office can confirm that the order has been delivered through their tracking no, it is not Sally Ant’s responsibility if the order is lost after its delivery has been recorded by the post office. It is recommended that this address is a private address & not a business.
